Erin M. Sicker
CEO
Erin Sicker serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the M-DCPS Foundation and supports the Miami-Dade County Public Schools in creating and strengthening strategic partnerships with South Florida’s diverse philanthropic community. Erin joined FNEI in 2024 and is dedicated to the goal of enhancing the overall academic experience for the students and families of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
Dale Chapman Webb
Vice President, Development and Donor Relations
Dale Chapman Webb grew up in Miami (almost a native)! and has been actively engaged in the community both professionally and personally. Dale is a past President of the Junior League of Miami and has served on the Board of Mosaic and currently serves on the Board of Chapman Partnership. Professionally, Dale served as Vice President of University Advancement at Florida International University and served as Vice President of Development at the National Young Arts Foundation. She has been a strong advocate and supporter of public education and is very happy to join the team at the Foundation for New Education Initiatives serving the Miami Dade County Public School District. Dale is a proud graduate of Miami Edison Senior High School
Katie Lepri
Foundation relations and marketing manager
